Commenting on the news that more than 100,000 homes in Wales sit completely vacant – more than 1 in 10 homes in some areas, Welsh Conservative Leader Andrew RT Davies MS, said:
“This is yet another failing from Labour ministers who’ve been distracted by vanity projects like blanket 20mph speed limits and 36 more politicians.
Last month alone, Labour slashed their empty homes budget by £19 million. For Labour, helping young people get on the property ladder by turning empty houses into homes is not a Labour priority.
