Labour Ministers have questions to answer over reports of unfair exams say Welsh Conservatives
The Welsh Conservatives are calling on Labour’s Education Minister to make an urgent statement to the Senedd as to why A-level students are reporting being questioned on topics not covered by their education and how he will rectify it.
Commenting on the news, Welsh Conservative Shadow Education Minister, Laura Anne Jones MS said:
“This was the first time that students have had the chance to sit normal exams in 3 years and Labour Ministers, have once again, let them down.
“The Labour Government’s handling of the education system in Wales was shambolic over the course of the pandemic and it looks like very little has changed.
“I am calling on Labour’s Education Minister to issue an urgent statement in the Senedd to answer how this could have happened.”
