The Holiday Hunger Playworks Pilot, announced by the Welsh Government, will allow community and play work settings in Wales to extend their food provision in areas of deprivation.
It’s hoped that the pilot will support some of the poorest communities in Wales. School holidays can be a particularly challenging time for families, especially those who access free school meals during term time.
The pilot will run through summer 2019. The list of areas where it will be available can be found on the Welsh Government website.
