(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed along Farm Road, from a point 66 metres north east of the northern boundary of No. 3 Bells Place, north eastwards for a distance of 60 metres
The restriction is necessary to enable works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order would come into force from 26th April 2018 for 12 weeks or until such time as the works are completed
Access will NOT be maintained for pedestrians or emergency service vehicles.
During the period of the closure, the alternative route for vehicles is as follows: –
From the eastern side of the closure, proceed via Farm Road, the temporary link road leading to Aberaman Enterprise Park, route B4525 and Farm Road to the western side of the closure.
For vehicles travelling in the opposite direction, reverse the directions given above
