Tomorrow is polling day, when you get the chance to elect your Assembly Members for the next five years. FIVE YEARS. That's a long time to settle for the same ineptitude we have seen form Labour for years.
Ask yourself, honestly, just what has the Labour party done for this area? What have they done for our education system? Our children are not less able than those in the rest of the UK but results in Wales are worse. Welsh Liberal Democrats want to free teachers from so much red tape and political interference.
In RCT the Labour party cut nursery education and are experimenting with the future of children in the Rhondda and Tonyrefail with their ludicrous plans to merge primary and secondary schools.
The NHS in Wales is struggling more by the day. Waiting times re getting longer and services being centralised and moved further away from communities. We want to see treatment brought closer to the people who need it, the right care in the right place at the right time. Greater access to GPs, and parity of esteem for mental health.
We want to create more apprenticeships and help small and medium businesses by cutting red tape and reviewing business rates.
Pontypridd's Labour AM for the past five years has done nothing for the people of this constituency but has backed his Labour Council colleagues in every poor decision they have made. He rented a house in Llantrisant in 2011 so he had a Pontypridd constituency address for his ballot paper but has been living in Newport.
This time he allegedly has a house in Rhydyfelin, but he has no ties with or affinity for this constituency.
It's time for change. Stop letting Labour walk all over you. Vote for the change you need to see.
