Lee Scarfe, 38, from Pontypridd, has been sentenced to four years and three months in prison following his conviction.
The sentencing took place on Wednesday February 25, 2026, at Cardiff Crown Court where Scarfe pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of Cocaine.
The case stems from a South Wales Police investigation which started when officers were investigating a drugs line in Rhondda Cynon Taf area. During the search officers located a number linked to Scarfe.
On January 8, 2025, officers located Scarfe driving a car in the Barry area. He was stopped and arrested. During the search of the car officers found a bag with £4,000 of cash stored inside, they also seized his phone. When downloading the phone data, officers found messages linking Scarfe to the supply of cocaine.
PC Rhodri Wilson said, “These illegal drugs have devastating consequences on the people further down the chain who end up using them, not to mention their family, friends and wider communities.”
“We will continue to investigate any information you have which could relate to the sale or use of these drugs”
