A short survey is now open to gather feedback from clubs, groups, and leisure members on how they book leisure and park facilities. This includes bookings for fitness classes, racquet sports, pool classes, pitch hire, and wider leisure and park activities.
The survey is an opportunity for people who use these services to share their experiences and suggestions. Feedback will help shape future improvements as part of the review of the leisure management booking system.
Cllr Chris Morgan, Cabinet Member for Leisure, said:
“We want to hear directly from the people who use our facilities. By taking part in this survey, you can help us make the booking process clearer and easier for everyone.”
