Ystrad Mynach’s Lauren Price MBE will return to the Centre for Sporting Excellence for a meet and greet with local supporters ahead of her next world title fight.
The fan engagement session will take place in the Aaron Ramsey Suite on Saturday 31st October from 12pm until 2pm, giving fans the opportunity to meet Lauren and show their support ahead of fight night. Fight tickets will also be available for collection at the session.
Following her previous visit, the session will once again bring Lauren together with her hometown supporters, offering residents the chance to be part of the build-up to another exciting night of Welsh boxing.
The Olympic gold medallist will defend her unified world welterweight titles against Michaela Kotaskova at the Utilita Arena Cardiff on Friday 20th November 2026.
Also fighting on the Cardiff bill is Sport Caerphilly’s very own Kyran Jones. The unbeaten middleweight will face Sean Arkwright, giving local supporters another familiar face to cheer on during the evening.
The event supports Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Sport and Active Recreation Strategy 2019-2019 by celebrating local sporting role models and inspiring more people to get active.
