Reminder: A465 Overnight Closures.

As part of the ongoing construction works the following overnight closures are required on the A465 (both directions):

Monday 7 April between Hirwaun (Rhigos Junction) and Cefn Coed (A470 Junction)
Tuesday 8 April between Cefn Coed (A470 Junction) and Dowlais Top
Wednesday 9 April between Cefn Coed (A470 Junction) and Dowlais Top
Thursday 10 April between Hirwaun (Rhigos Junction) and Cefn Coed (A470 Junction)

The closures will start at 20:00hrs each night and the road will reopen at 06:00hrs on the following morning.

During these closures local traffic will be able to cross over the A465 using the new Prince Charles Junction.

These closures are required to undertake work that cannot be safely completed whilst the road is open or under traffic management.
