It was then sighted in our force area, near Mountain Ash, and was pre-emptively stung to deflate the tyres.
Despite this, the driver continued to try and evade police, and a short pursuit ensued before our highly trained Roads Policing officers boxed the vehicle in and detained all four occupants who are now in custody.
Note to anyone committing a crime and fleeing to our area – expect us to stop you and deal with you robustly.
