Responding to a written answer from Labour’s Cabinet Secretary for Transport, outlining that no plans were made with TfW to handle additional pressures over the Christmas period, Natasha Asghar MS, Shadow Transport Minister, said:
“Despite the spin from the Cabinet Secretary, he doesn’t actually answer the question. One month of adequate service does not make up for years of uncertainties, delays and poor customer service.
“Transport for Wales came last in customer satisfaction out of all UK operators and racked up one million minutes of delays on their services last year alone. This is nothing to be proud of.”
