Temporary Road Closure Crematorium Road, Llwydcoed. From 20th March to 22nd May 2023.
As part of our work to upgrade the A465 to a full dual carriageway, it is necessary for a full closure of Crematorium Road, at the junction with the A465 to be put in place.
The illustration shows the location of the new roundabout at the new Baverstock Junction.

Access to the Crematorium and residential properties along Crematorium Road will be from the direction of Croesbychan.
The closure starts at 06:00hrs on Monday 20th March and it will be closed until Monday 22nd May 2023.
The closure is needed to allow a new roundabout to be constructed at this location, which will become part of the final junction layout at Baverstock.
This is a significant piece of construction work as there is a 4-metre difference in the ground levels at this location.
