Extended opening hours for Doctor surgeries and pharmacies over Easter
GP practices and pharmacies across Cwm Taf Morgannwg are open for extended hours over the Easter holiday period due to the unprecedented demands of fighting Coronavirus.
Many doctor surgeries and pharmacies are open on Good Friday and Easter Monday, with some also open on the Saturday and Easter Sunday.
Not all (GPs and pharmacies) are able to do so, and some who are planning to be open may have to change their plans at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you need a doctor over the weekend, please telephone your surgery as normal. They will have up-to-date opening times on any recorded messages.
The standard opening times (though these are all subject to change) are:
Good Friday 08:00 – 18:30
Saturday 08:00 – 13.15
Sunday 08:00 – 13.15
Easter Mon 08:00 – 18:30
The pharmacy Rota service may not be providing all services but will be available to dispense urgent prescriptions when required.
