The Council, including the customer contact centre will be closed from Friday 21st December until Wednesday 2nd January – this applies to ALL major services aside from out-of-hours emergencies and limited vital services.

You can still access a wide range of online services during this period, however residents are reminded that the request may not be processed until Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
