NOTICE UNDER SECTION 121 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011

 

For the purpose of Section 121 of the Charities Act 2011, notice is hereby given that the County Borough Council of Rhondda Cynon Taf as Trustees of The Aberdare Public Park intends to dispose by way of lease of the following areas of land within Rhondda Cynon Taf

 

1. Lease of Land at Aberdare park, Trecynon, Aberdare CF44 8BN, to include a Boating Lake and Pavilion for a term of 10 years. Reference: RNG/DPRGEN- 5608

 

2. Lease of Land at Aberdare Park, Aberdare Paddling Pool, Trecynon, Aberdare CF44 8BN to include the Splash pad for a term of 25 years.

 

Reference: RNG/DPRGEN-5877

 

Any persons wishing to make representations to the proposed disposal should write to the undermentioned (quoting the relevant reference number) with details of the objection, such objection to be received by the undermentioned no later than 4 weeks from the date of this notice.
