NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 81, 82, 83 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: 1. Introduce a 20mph speed limit on the length of road specified in Schedule 1
A copy of the relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the Principal Offices of the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy, CF40 2XX and Abercynon Library, Ynysmeurig Road, Abercynon, CF45 4SU 21 February 2020
Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Manager, Sardis House, Sardis Road, Pontypridd, CF37 1DU by 21 February 2020
