Rhos House Surgery. 55 Oxford Street. Mountain Ash and the Council?

We were informed Rhondda Cynon Taf Council has purchased Rhos House Surgery Mountain Ash why would the council purchase doctors surgery when they plan to build a new health centre in Mountain Ash?

So has the council purchased the property 55 Oxford Street? Is the Title Number and information we were given incorrect?

Title Number: WA343922

Address of Property: land on the North East side of Oxford Street and being the former site of 51, 53 and 55 oxford Street, Mountain Ash

Price Stated: £150,000

Registered Owner(s): RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL of The Pavilions, Cambrian Industrial Park, Clydach Vale,

This is a copy of the register of the title number set out immediately below, showing the entries in the register on 3 DEC 2019 at 19:32:20.

Because of the controversy, I posted the text below on Twitter last week but received no response from the council.

@RCTCouncil

 I am informed you have purchased Rhos House Surgery. 55 Oxford Street. Mountain Ash. CF45 3HD for what purpose have you bought this property?

Originally a Transfer of the land in this title dated 1 July 1986 made between (1)

Cynon Valley Borough Council and (2) Ramanathapur

Subrahmanya Sastry Krishnamurthy and Mannaji Ekanatharao.

If the council now own Rhos House Surgery what are they going to do with it do the public have a right to know?

What happens to the old public library at Mountain Ash?

Spread the love
