Traffic chaos Planned for Aberaman
The question is will Rhondda Cynon Taf Council allow a building on a main road to be converted into 9 dwellings without any parking facility whatsoever?
Wyndham Crescent in Aberaman is all ready a problem area as far as car parking; cars are always double parked on the bad bend making it a dangerous single carriageway at this point.
Allowing development consent on this proportion for additional vehicles to be parked on the B4275 will just bring even more traffic chaos to an already problem area of Aberaman.
Once again will this development be decided on the developer being well in with the council? Or on its planning disadvantages with local councillors strongly objecting to the development in an attempt not to lose votes at the next local election.
