Playday: How has playing changed for children, families and communities over the last thirty years?
Playday, the national day to celebrate play, is 30 years old this year, on the 02 August 2017.
The event celebrates children’s rights to play and its importance in their lives. Playday is coordinated by Play England, Wales, and Scotland and Playboard Northern Ireland. They want to understand how play has changed over the last thirty years and are seeking your views.
They are asking “What do you think about playing today and how have play opportunities changed for children, families and communities through time?” and would like responses through a survey, which can be accessed here.
