How to throw away £1million – Labour style
In 2008 the Welsh Government purchased two properties in Taff Street in Pontypridd for £1,250,000 – one and a quarter million. They said they were important for the regeneration of the town.
Those properties were recently advertised for auction with a total guide price of just £250,000.
