To mark Carers Rights Day 2015, Carers Wales held its first ever Carers Assembly.
From across the length and breadth of Wales, carers replicating the constituencies and regions of Assembly members of the National Assembly, gathered to debate and have their voices heard.
Carers save the state the quivalent of £8.1billion in Wales each year.
Below is a report of the day highlighting the issues that carers raised.
