Llamau Sleep Out – St John Baptist staff
Several members of staff at St John Baptist Church in Wales High School will be taking part in the Sleep Out (10th November) for Llamau, where they will swap their beds for a night under the stars, whatever the weather, returning the school the next day to teach as normal!
Llamau work with vulnerable homeless people all over Wales.
Last year Llamau helped over 8000 people: 95% of those in the Llamau support projects found themselves in safe and secure accommodation after their contact with Llamau had finished.
We want to continue the good work!
A quiz night will be held on Thursday 3rd November in the school from 6:30-8:30pm. There will be snacks and drinks available.
Everyone welcome and we would love to see you and your families/friends here supporting us, making it a successful evening. Raffle tickets are also on sale and winners will be drawn at the quiz night. If winners are not in attendance prizes will be posted out!
We are very grateful to the wonderful prizes that have kindly been donated by local businesses. Prizes include B&B stays, family tickets to Scarlets/Dragons games, Nandos, Frankie and Bennies vouchers, free admission at trampoline parks, cinema tickets, gig tickets to name but a few!
