Education Minister encourages parents to pick up a book for Christmas
Huw Lewis, Education Minister, is encouraging parents to read with their children this Christmas.
Dedicating time to help children with their reading over the holidays can make a big difference to a child’s education. The Education Begins At Home campaign from Welsh Government aims to encourage parents, grandparents and carers to get involved in children’s education by ensuring to dedicate some time to reading, making sure children get a good night sleep and getting them up in time for school.
