Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council proposed to extend and modify their existing community centre in Penderyn, including single storey extensions at the front and rear of the property and an expansion of the sloped car park facilities. Our integrated assessment methodology, combining thorough historical research with targeted intrusive investigation ensured all critical geotechnical and geo-environmental constraints were identified and the project was delivered successfully.
