South Wales Police officers would like to speak with anyone who witnessed an incident which took place on Llanwonno road, Mountain Ash on Thursday, November 28 at 5:15 pm where a silver Vauxhall Zafira with blacked out rear windows has attempted to run over a pedestrian.
