A Public Protest outside Sardis Road Pontypridd Council Offices 11 AM on the 19th October Please can you attend
On Saturday 19th October there will be a public protest outside Sardis Road Pontypridd Council Offices.
This protest will be for the parents and children of RCT. This is to show that the decision for home-to-school transport is not acceptable and not safe enough for this decision to go ahead.
Councillors Heledd Fychan Plaid Cymru, Beth Winter of Aberdare, Karl Johnson Conservative of Efail Isaf, David Mathias Liberal Democrat, and other constituents will be in attendance of this protest.
An email has been sent to Councillors in the Labour Party from parents. They have either not responded or blocked the parents who are standing strong through their campaign.
If this is something you could attend to we would be very appreciated.
Many parents are still unaware of this decision, which is due to start in September 2025. It will affect the public who use regular public transport. It will affect road users and towns with gangs of students walking to their place of education.
