Labour in the Bay cuts impacting school choices

Responding to the news that headteachers are making ‘immoral choices’ amid school funding cuts, Tom Giffard MS, Shadow Education Minister, said:

“It is unacceptable that headteachers are having to make such severe decisions due to Labour slashing the education budget.

“Their education reforms have been slammed by the IFS but instead of listening to the experts they continue to plough ahead without assessing the damage they are doing to our children.

“The Welsh Conservatives would appropriately fund education in Wales, remove Labour’s reforms and save Labour’s lost generation.”
