Homelessness crisis ‘a blight on our nation’ says MS
Responding to comments made by the director of Cymorth Cymru, Janet Finch-Saunders MS, Shadow Housing Minister, said:
“The homelessness crisis in Wales is a blight on our nation.
“After years of failing to prioritise funding, the Welsh Government has overseen record numbers of residents sleeping rough and in temporary accommodation.
“Labour should overturn their legislation which has made homelessness worse and ensure that crucial resources are spent on addressing urgent, real-life issues, not on gimmicks and vanity projects.”
