Valley’s property entrepreneur sets sights on becoming the largest Estate Agency in South Wales with the acquisition of a respected local estate agency
Welsh property entrepreneur, Chris Roberts, has grown his portfolio of businesses with the
acquisition of T Samuel Estate Agents. Mountain Ash local Chris, who is currently a director at letting
agent Clear Property, has outlined a determined vision to become the largest Estate Agent in South
Wales.
The move will see Mr Roberts assume the role of Managing Director of T Samuel Estate Agents
serving the local communities of Mountain Ash, Aberdare and the wider South Wales Valleys. T
Samuel Estate Agents are highly respected within the local area having been involved in lettings and
estate agency for more than 8 years. The office, in the heart of Mountain Ash, has been retained
together with the existing T Samuel’s team of 5 employees ensuring job security and minimum
disruption for clients and employees alike.
The deal, which has been funded with the help of local investors keen to energise business growth in
the area, will significantly enhance T Samuel’s presence within the house sales and lettings markets.
The Estate Agent will retain close ties with G Spilsbury & Co Solicitors
(https://www.gspilsbury.co.uk/) whose partners originally established T Samuels to complement
their legal offering.
Chris, who is an active member of the Mountain Ash community and the current Chairman of
the Mini and Junior section of Mountain Ash Rugby Club, said: “I’m incredibly proud to come from
