Will HGVs be allowed to use the B4276 Merthyr Road Llwydcoed and the 7.5-ton bridge to access the Bryn Pica waste site?

Will HGVs be allowed to use the B4276 Merthyr Road Llwydcoed and the 7.5-ton bridge to access the Bryn Pica waste site?

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council has not answered the question posted on Twitter regarding 7.5 tonnes weight limit for the B4276 road bridge in Llwydcoed the bridge was used to cross the Vale of Neath Railway it was a broad gauge railway line from Neath to Merthyr Tydfil.

As the top section of B4276 will be closed for traffic for 6 weeks for construction work on the A465, Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) that use this section to gain access to and from Bryn Pica Ty Amgen Recycling Centre and Landfill.

Road Closure Notice – Merthyr Road B4276 from Cwmynysminton Road to A465 From: 05:00, Saturday, 19 February Until: 05:00, Monday, 28 February Merthyr Road will be fully closed for a stretch of around 400 meters where the road joins the A465 at Baverstock.

I expect the residents of Llwydcoed would like to know what has been proposed for vehicles over 7.5 tonnes to gain access without using the bridge with a weight restriction on it preventing Heavy Goods Vehicles from using the B4276.
