Supporting Jamie
Please would you be so kind enough to read & share Jamie’s story – a local family from Aberdare
A local bunch of lads will be doing the Welsh three peaks to raise money.
As some of you may know, Jamie was involved in a mountain bike accident at a local bike park. This has resulted in some life-changing injuries for Jamie.
Jamie has broken his T5 and T6 vertebrae causing significant spinal cord injuries. He is currently on the waiting list for Rookwood/Llandough Hospital to start rehabilitation.
Adam Lloyd, Nick Millard, Scott Lewis, Lewis Cahill, Josh Morris and myself are going to take on the Welsh 3 peaks on the 16th of September to support Jamie on his challenging journey.
We can all agree that when someone’s life is turned upside down, nothing is too big or small to help make a difference. We really hope that those who have taken the time to read this will get behind us and help us raise as much as we can to support Jamie, Steph and the young family through this.
