A465 Rhigos Roundabout to Glynneath Full Weekend Closure 25 – 28 November 2022
A full closure of the A465 between Rhigos Roundabout and Glynneath junction will be in place:
From 20:00hrs Friday 25 November 2022
Until 06:00hrs Monday 28 November 2022
Temporary traffic lights will also be in use at the roundabout to manage the flow of traffic during the weekend.
During the closure we will be installing the first of two permanent roundabouts at the location of the current Rhigos roundabout. This is being undertaken to allow the construction of the new junction arrangement and A465 dual carriageway.
The illustration shows you how the new temporary arrangement will look.
We will inform you when the second temporary roundabout will be installed.
