Cocaine seized after a police stop in Rhondda
Police seized cocaine from a man in Tonyrefail on Friday (24 April, 2020).
Two eagle-eyed officers spotted the driver of a black Corsa acting suspiciously he drove through Gilfach Goch at approximately 6pm.
They vehicle continued into Tonyrefail but officers followed and pounced when they saw the car in a petrol station.
They searched the driver and they seized wraps of cocaine and nearly £1500 in cash.
A local man, aged 26, has been charged with Possessing Cocaine with Intent to Supply and was remanded in custody to appear at Merthyr Crown Crown Court in June.
