A very worrying turn of events at the Welsh Government. There are moves to give councils the ability to decide the method of how elections are conducted in their own local authority. Very worrying when you consider that most decisions in RCT are decided upon by very few people in a one party cabinet that are then voted through by the rest of the huge party majority without thought or scrutiny. 
Add to that the extra costs and complexities. 
Not a good thing in our opinion.
