GWERNIFOR LANE, MOUNTAIN ASH TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (GWERNIFOR LANE, MOUNTAIN ASH) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close Gwernifor Lane, from its junction with Clas Gwernifor, north westwards for a distance of 45 metres direction Alternative Route – from the north western side of the closure, proceed via Gwernifor Lane and Miskin Road to the south eastern side of the closure. For vehicles travelling in the opposite direction, reverse the directions given above. The restriction is necessary to enable works to be executed on or near the road The closure is expected to be in operation during the following dates and times or until such time as the works have been completed;- From 9:00am to 4:00pm on 22nd May to 24th May 2019 From 9:00am to 4:00pm on 16th July to 18th July 2019 From 9:00am to 4:00pm on 28th August to 30th August 2019 From 9:00am to 4:00pm on 15th October to 17th October 2019 Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles Access will NOT be maintained for pedestrians Dated 9 May 2019 Andrew Wilkins Director of Legal Services The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, CF40 2XX TM REF: 225743642-01
