TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE PART OF FOOTPATH 35 THAT COMMENCES 61 METRES NORTH OF PROPERTY 17 ALMA STREET, ABERDARE

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (FOOTPATH 35 ABERDARE) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have a maximum duration of six months

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding along that part of Footpath 35 Aberdare that commences 61 metres north of property 17 Alma Street, Aberdare, CF44 8NT (Grid Reference SN99690361). The path continues east for 473 metres to Grid Reference SO00140357 to terminate at the junction of Footpath 38 and 37 Aberdare

The restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety.

The Order will be in operation from 9th August 2018 for a period of 6 months

For the duration of the closure, the public are advised to use the existing highway network.
