Track The Act Survey Updated For Year 2
Carers Wales are pleased to say we have an updated version of our 'Track The Act' survey as we move into the second year of appraising the Social Services and Well-Being Act (Wales) 2014.
When the Social Services and Well-Being Act (Wales) 2014 came into force on the 6th April last year, it brought with it important new rights for carers.
We have been tracking how these changes have effected carers in Wales through your experiences with our on-line 'Track The Act' survey. We have also made Freedom of Information requests to all 22 councils in Wales to see how they are delivering these new duties.
The first 6 month report was published in November last year and the full one year results should be available in the near future.
Carers Wales continues to need your help. It is your experiences that guide us on how the Act is being recognised and implemented.
We have made some small changes to reflect comments made by carers who filled in the original survey which we hope will gather even more important information on how the Act is performing for you
We are asking everyone to fill in 'Track The Act' once again, even if you did so last year. If you have time to do so, the new Track The Act survey can be found here.
