Beat the Street RCT,

The National Charity Partnership has launched the Beat the Street challenge in Rhondda Cynon Taff (RCT).

Beat the Street is a walking, cycling and running challenge for people who live, work or go to school in RCT. The competition is being delivered on behalf of the National Charity Partnership, a collaboration between Diabetes UK, the British Heart Foundation and Tesco, to promote healthy living.

Those taking part can score points and win prizes bet walking, cycling or running from point to point and tapping a registered and activated Beat the Street card or key fob on Beat Boxes placed on lampposts across dedicated lamp posts.

The competition will run from 13 April to 25 May 2016.
