Cwm Taf University Health Board – Structured Assessment 2015

This Structured Assessment has assessed the robustness of the Health Board’s financial management arrangements, the adequacy of its governance arrangements and the management of key enablers that support effective use of resources.

Governance arrangements continue to evolve but some aspects, particularly ICT, are making insufficient progress, and achieving financial balance for 2015-16 remains a challenge.
