Dilapidated buildings in Aberdare Town Centre what’s going to happen RCTCBC?
Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC or CADW did nothing to protect a listed building in the center of Aberdare it now looks like a bombsite.
AberdareOnline has asked Rhondda cynon Taf Council what is to become of this site in the middle of Aberdare but to date has had no response from them.Other historic buildings in Aberdare Town Center are also falling into disrepair with nothing done by either CADW or Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.
£7.7 million funding package for the regeneration of the town center?
More than 70 commercial property owners contacted the Aberdare Town Centre Regeneration Team to discuss how refurbishment works through the TEP can improve their business premises for the benefit of the wider economy.
