Today we were delighted to welcome 59 pupils and 4 staff from the Theresia-Gerhardinger-Realschule in Ravensburg. The school has been visiting Aberdare every year for over 20 years and was previously twinned with Aberdare Girls’ School. This important international relationship will now continue with Aberdare Community School. The German staff and students were in awe as they toured our fantastic new facility. Many friendships were made between the German students and our own pupils. A group of 36 Year 9 pupils will pay a return visit to Ravensburg this coming October.
