PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER
FOOTPATH 2 CWM CLYDACH
Notice in effect from 23 October 2017 until 29 October 2017
The above order was made on 17 October 2017. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath as described in the Schedule to this order and as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council at The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy CF40 2XX and at Sardis House, Sardis Road, Pontypridd CF37 1DU. Copies may be bought for a reasonable charge.
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Director of Legal and Democratic Services, The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale CF40 2XX (quoting reference AH/DL1-137) not later than 23 November 2017. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to The Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

PART 1
Description of existing path or way
That part of Footpath 2 Cwm Clydach that commences at a point (A on Order Map) at grid reference SS97589306 at the south east corner of the curtilage of the property No. 1 Belle Vue Terrace, Clydach Vale CF40 2DL. The footpath proceeds in a north easterly direction for a distance of 14 metres or thereabouts through the grounds of the Clydach Vale Hotel, to terminate at a point (B on Order Map) at grid reference SS97599309.

PART 2
Description of site of alternative highway
Commences at a point (A on Order Map) at grid reference SS97589306 at the south east corner of the curtilage of No.1 Belle Vue Terrace and proceeds in a northerly direction for 11 metres to a point (C on Order Map) at grid reference SS97589309, it then proceeds in an easterly direction for 8 metres to terminate at a point (B on Order Map) at grid reference SS97599309, 14 metres from the south east corner of the south east corner of the curtilage of No. 1 Belle Vue Terrace.
