PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER FOOTPATH 21 ABERAMAN
The above order, made on 29 July 2019 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath as described in the Schedule to this notice and shown in the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Council at Th.e Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy CF40 2XX and at Aberdare Library, Green Street, Aberdare CF44 7AG. Copies of the order and order map may be bought for a reasonable charge.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Director of Legal Services at The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy CF40 2XX to be received not later than 30 August 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to The Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

PART 1
DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING PATH OR WAY
Commences at Point C on the Order Map (grid reference SS99959928) on Footpath No. 19 Aberaman to the east of the property known as No. 3 Pwllfa Place, and proceeds south west for approximately 55 metres and then north west for approximately 40 metres to terminate at Point B on the Order Map (grid reference SS99879927).

PART 2
DESCRIPTION OF NEW PATH OR WAY
Commences at Point A on the Order Map (grid reference SS99899929) on Footpath No. 19 Aberaman to the west of the property known as No. 3 Pwllfa Place and traverses a bank in a south west direction for 30 metres to terminate at Point B on the Order Map (grid reference SS99879927).
