For 25 years, Wales has been trapped under Labour rule — and Plaid Cymru has too often helped keep them there. When Labour needed support, Plaid was there to prop them up, back their budgets, and keep the same failed system in power.
What has that achieved?
- Longer NHS waiting lists.
- Longer ambulance delays.
- Worse A&E waits.
- Slower cancer treatment referrals.
- Too few GPs.
- Too little NHS dental care.
- Failed maternity services.
- Cancelled road projects.
- The disastrous 20mph default.
- Wasted money on the scrapped M4 relief road.
- Poorer public transport.
- Weak education outcomes.
- Stagnant wages.
- Wales still остаётся among the poorest parts of the UK.
And while families are struggling, Labour and Plaid want more politicians in the Senedd, costing even more money that should be going into frontline services.
Let’s be clear: this is not just Labour’s record. It is the record of Labour kept alive by Plaid Cymru.
Plaid cannot claim to be the alternative while repeatedly helping Labour stay in power. If you are angry about the state of Wales, ask yourself why Plaid has spent so long enabling it.
Every election, they ask for your vote again. But after 25 years of decline, waste, and excuses, the real question is this:
How much more damage do Labour and Plaid need to do before Wales says enough?
On Thursday, 7 May, vote for change. Stop rewarding failure.
