The Council, including the customer contact centre, will be CLOSED from 5pm on Tuesday, December 23 (2025), until 9am on Friday, January 2 (2026).
This applies to ALL major services aside from out-of-hours emergencies and limited vital services.
You can still access a wide range of online services during the festive period. However, residents are reminded that the request may not be processed until our offices ‘re-open’ at 9am on Friday, January 2 (2026).
