RCT’s Plaid Cymru Leader responds to Council Leader
Councillor Karen Morgan represented the Plaid Cymru group in the State of the Borough debate today. Our focus was on the experiences of residents across RCT today.
Our group has been instrumental in bringing attention to the UK Government’s withdrawal of the winter fuel payment which has negatively affected our pensioners, the support needed in the campaign for WASPI and the potential Wales has in devolving the Crown Estate.
Responding directly to the decisions of the Labour RCT Cabinet, Plaid Cymru will not stay quiet on the cuts made to Home to School transport- a fight which will continue.
We must stand together in calling out any decisions that are not in the best interest of RCT residents.
