An important initiative is underway as part of Op Filey where Police Sergeant Phillips, alongside partners from the RCT Employment, Education & Training Team, RCT Wardens, and our Neighbourhood Policing Teams from both Pontypridd and Aberdare, met up today.
Their primary focus is on finalising plans to offer meaningful work experience opportunities to disadvantaged children in the RCT area.
This initiative aims to provide these young individuals with valuable exposure to the workplace, specifically within the town centres of Pontypridd and Aberdare, during the upcoming month of August.
Such programs can play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and confidence of these children, ultimately contributing to their personal and professional development.
