Cuan, 74, has been reported as missing by family. He was last seen this afternoon, Wednesday August 28, around 1.30pm on Fountain Street, #Ferndale.
He is around 6ft1and of skinny build. Cuan was wearing a fawn t-shirt and navy-blue tracksuit pants. When he was last seen he had a dog with him which is cross between a Yorkshire Terrier and a Chihuahua.
