South Wales Police provide input on knife crime for Mountain Ash Comprehensive School Students

This week our school police officer, PC Stacey Arndell and youth offending officer, PC Ian Watts, attended Mountain Ash Comprehensive School to provide input on knife crime.

They were joined by John Davey, a knife crime survivor, who provided a first-hand account of the impact that knives have had on him and his family.

John survived a vicious assault and was able to provide pupils and staff with a clear message on the consequences of carrying knives.

If you or any members of your family have any concerns regarding knife crime, please report them to us. You can also report 100% anonymously to Crimestoppers.
