Labour still incapable of tackling child poverty in Wales
Responding to the release of Labour’s Child Poverty Strategy and , Mark Isherwood MS, Shadow Social Justice Minister, said:
“Labour have been directly responsible for tackling poverty in Wales over the last 25 years but try as they might to hide from the truth, the facts don’t lie.
“Just this week we have seen the extremely concerning growth of poverty among children in working households, clearly what Labour are doing now is simply not good enough.
“This typifies the Labour Government, who will talk the talk, but won’t walk the walk.”
